Public offer (service contract)

1. General provisions
This document is a public offer (contract) of Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Serhii Molodan under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine to provide the services described on tepexa.com. Paying an invoice or a package on the site is full and unconditional acceptance of this offer; from that moment the contract is concluded on the terms below.
2. Subject
The seller provides marketing and AI-automation services for dental and medical practices: short-form video, SEO and AI-search optimisation, advertising management, 3D animation, video production, LinkedIn outreach and AI systems, in the scope of the package or invoice the client pays for.
3. Price and payment
Prices are listed on tepexa.com/pricing or in the individual invoice, in US dollars. Services are paid monthly in advance. Payment is made by bank card through the WayForPay payment service (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms and are not part of the service fee.
4. Service delivery and timeframes
Services are delivered remotely, online; nothing is shipped physically. Work starts within 5 business days after payment and receipt of the materials and accesses the client provides. Deliverables are handed over in the agreed channels (shared folders, ad accounts, the client's website) and reported monthly. We serve clients worldwide, including the USA, the EU, Israel and Ukraine.
5. Rights and obligations
The seller performs the services with due professional care, keeps the client informed and reports results. The client provides accurate information, the materials and accesses needed for the work, and pays on time.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel at any time. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund Policy published at tepexa.com/refund, which is part of this offer.
7. Liability
Marketing results depend on many factors outside the seller's control, so specific numbers of patients, leads or revenue are not guaranteed. The seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the period in which the claim arose.
8. Confidentiality and personal data
The parties keep each other's confidential information private. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy at tepexa.com/privacy.
9. Term and changes
The contract runs month to month from acceptance until cancelled by either party. The seller may update this offer; the version published on the site on the payment date applies to that payment.
10. Disputes
The contract is governed by the law of Ukraine. The parties resolve disputes by negotiation first, and otherwise in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Цей документ є публічною офертою (договором) ФОП Молодан Сергій відповідно до статей 633 та 641 Цивільного кодексу України щодо надання послуг, описаних на tepexa.com. Оплата рахунку або пакета на сайті є повним і беззастережним прийняттям (акцептом) оферти; з цього моменту договір вважається укладеним на наведених умовах.
2. Предмет договору
Виконавець надає послуги маркетингу та AI-автоматизації для стоматологій і медичних клінік: короткі відео, SEO та оптимізація під AI-пошук, ведення реклами, 3D-анімація, відеопродакшн, LinkedIn-аутріч та AI-системи — в обсязі оплаченого пакета або рахунку.
3. Ціна та порядок оплати
Ціни вказані на tepexa.com/pricing або в індивідуальному рахунку, у доларах США. Послуги оплачуються щомісяця авансом банківською карткою через платіжний сервіс WayForPay (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Рекламний бюджет клієнт сплачує безпосередньо рекламним платформам, він не входить у вартість послуг.
4. Порядок і строки надання послуг
Послуги надаються дистанційно, онлайн; фізична доставка відсутня. Роботи розпочинаються протягом 5 робочих днів після оплати та отримання від клієнта матеріалів і доступів. Результати передаються погодженими каналами, звіт — щомісяця. Географія надання послуг: увесь світ, зокрема США, країни ЄС, Ізраїль та Україна.
5. Права та обов'язки сторін
Виконавець надає послуги сумлінно та звітує про результати. Клієнт надає достовірну інформацію, необхідні матеріали й доступи та своєчасно оплачує послуги.
6. Відмова та повернення коштів
Клієнт може відмовитися від послуг у будь-який момент. Відмова та повернення коштів здійснюються згідно з Політикою повернення на tepexa.com/refund, яка є невід'ємною частиною оферти.
7. Відповідальність
Результати маркетингу залежать від багатьох чинників поза контролем виконавця, тому конкретна кількість пацієнтів, заявок чи виручки не гарантується. Відповідальність виконавця обмежується сумою, сплаченою за період, у якому виникла претензія.
8. Конфіденційність і персональні дані
Сторони зберігають конфіденційність інформації одна одної. Персональні дані обробляються згідно з Політикою конфіденційності на tepexa.com/privacy.
9. Строк дії та зміни
Договір діє щомісяця з моменту акцепту до відмови будь-якої зі сторін. До платежу застосовується редакція оферти, опублікована на сайті в день оплати.
10. Вирішення спорів
Договір регулюється законодавством України. Спори вирішуються шляхом переговорів, а в разі недосягнення згоди — у суді відповідної юрисдикції.
